FAQ - Policies Order Policy All orders must be paid in full at the time of order. Payment Policy: We accept cash and credit card. Any fees, legal or non-legal, occurred in the collection process will be charged to the party responsible. This policy extends to credit card fraud also. Return Policy: Returns are accepted ONLY if we've shipped defective merchandise OR made a mistake in the embroidery. Please check sizes, colors, and spellings of names carefully. If there is a problem, please call or e-mail us. Order Cancellation Policy: Orders may be cancelled only prior to decorations being applied to the garment. There is a 20% restocking fee.
